Architect / Experienced Graduate Opportunity

This is the role:

A rewarding role has opened up for an experienced graduate or Architect to take on the new opportunities we see before us. 

The key aspect to your role will be to work alongside our directors and team in our growing Wellington practice. To provide design thinking and drawings that follow our aspirations to bring good design and its benefit to all those using our services and buildings.
 
What you will be doing:

• Working with the directors and other team members to contribute to CCM’s high-quality design solutions
• Leading projects or collaborating within teams to provide documentation for tender, consent, and construction
• Providing design expertise to enhance and extend the design solutions for projects within the office
• Writing reports and documents to back up design documentation and processes
• Deal with interdisciplinary teams and provide architectural input to achieve our high-quality service aims.

What we need and what you will have and do:

• Wanting to take the next challenge with a minimum 3 years experience beyond M.Arch in an architectural practice
• Track record of collaboration, design and documentation of high quality architectural projects
• Strong skills in drawing and writing to clearly communicate and enhance the outcome of projects
• Good time management and organisational skills to enhance teamwork and efficiency within the office
• Design-led thinking and conceptual design skills
