Work at the University of Otago continues with the Music, Theatre and Performing Arts School.
CCM Architects, along with Baker Garden Architects in Dunedin are currently working on the $26million Music and Performing arts facility at Otago University.
The new studio will be two storeys for acoustic purposes and each studio space will be designed as a box-in-a box to provide noise isolation. The studio will connect to the existing college music suite via a first-floor walkway.
